Refund policy
Because our apparel is made to order (print-on-demand), we only offer refunds on damaged products - within 7 days after delivery.
That said, we want you to love your gear. If your item doesn’t fit, or if there’s an issue with quality or damage, we’ll work with you.
Exchanges & Store Credit (within 7 days)
We accept size exchanges or can issue store credit for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn/unused, unwashed, free of odors or stains
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How To Start:
Email us at info@bullpenshop.us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the item/size, and whether you want a size exchange or store credit.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Upon approval, we will give you an exact address to return the package to in Goodyear, Arizona
Where To Send Exchanges:
Once your request is approved, we’ll email you the return instructions and the return address.*
Who Covers Shipping:
- For size exchanges / change-of-mind: customer pays return shipping; we cover the outbound shipping for the replacement.
- For damaged, defective, or wrong item received: we cover return/replacement shipping.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, it’s eligible for partial or full replacement.
Email info@bullpenshop.us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are never eligible for return: gift cards, final markdowns, and any custom/personalized items.
Cash/Card Refunds
We only offer refunds on damaged products within 7 days after delivery. Approved cases for sizing exchange, receive size exchange or store credit only, unless required by applicable law.
